What we collect
Only what you send us through our forms or by email: your name, company, job title, country, work email, phone number and the details of your request or order.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare quotations and contracts, check eligibility for payment terms, and meet legal obligations such as sanctions and anti-money-laundering checks. For business contacts in the European Union, the legal bases are the steps you ask us to take before a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
Who processes it for us
Our website and forms are hosted by Netlify and our email by Google Workspace, which may process data outside your country under standard contractual safeguards. When you request payment terms, we share the necessary company information with the bank or credit insurer that assesses the request. We never sell your data.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and fonts and media are served from our own domain.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months. Contract records are kept as long as UAE and applicable law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or stop receiving messages from us at any time by writing to info@exportly.fund. Every email we send includes an opt-out.
Accounts
If you create an account we store your company details, contact details and a securely hashed password (never the password itself). Accounts are checked by our team before trading. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email, language and interests to send offers about twice a month. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe from your account page.
Cookies we use
Essential only: a secure sign-in cookie ("xs", 7 days, set only when you sign in) and your cookie choice, stored in your browser. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics would only be added with your consent.
